Information you provide

Public examples can include aggregate statistics or redacted research. Access and permitted use are governed by the terms for the purchase.

Our business licenses real-estate intelligence that can contain personal information about owners and decision makers. We do not sell buyer email lists, account details, or payment records to third parties for their own marketing. Those are different categories of information.

The current setup uses Netlify for website hosting, systeme.io for checkout, email, and private viewing access, and Stripe for payment processing. A payment method you choose can involve its own provider.

People assisting with research or operations may receive the information needed for their assigned work. Owner-level research is also disclosed to purchasers through paid walkthroughs and licensed intelligence access as described above.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or to handle a business transfer involving Sniper Intelligence. Third-party services also handle information under their own privacy policies.

Cookies and embedded content

Checkout, payment, login, and video services can use cookies or similar technologies for functionality, security, saved access, and usage information. Public pages load Google Fonts and can embed Loom videos. Loading these services can send your IP address and browser information to the provider, even before you play a video.

Our public website does not have an advertising pixel installed in this release and does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Embedded and linked services can use their own tracking technologies.

Retention and security
